Return & Refund Policy – Coralott

Thank you for shopping at Coralott. Each item we create is made-to-order with precision, care, and purpose. Because our products are custom-produced specifically for you, we cannot accept general returns or cancellations once production has started.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we will make it right by issuing a replacement or refund in accordance with the terms below.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only within the first 12 hours after being placed.

Once your order enters the production queue, it cannot be canceled or modified because the item is custom-made.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and include your order number.


2. Address Correction

Please verify your shipping details carefully before checkout.

If an order is flagged with an address issue, you have 3 days from purchase to correct it.

After that, if no changes are made, the order will be canceled or shipped to the originally entered address.

Coralott is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.


3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We are happy to provide a refund or free reprint in the following cases:

  • The product you received has a manufacturing defect or visible printing error.
  • Your item was damaged in transit.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to your order confirmation.
  • Your package was lost in transit and never delivered to your address.
  • The shipment exceeded our maximum delivery timeframe (see our Shipping Policy).

If your order meets any of these criteria, please notify us within 14 business days of receiving the item (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).


4. When Refunds or Reprints Are Not Available

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Buyer’s remorse or dislike of the product after delivery.
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
  • Orders that are still in transit within the expected shipping period.
  • Orders delivered to the correct address as shown in the tracking record.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns made without prior approval.
  • Minor variations in size, color, or texture that occur due to the printing or manufacturing process (within a 1–2 inch tolerance).
Each Coralott product is handmade; slight variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or was not delivered, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

  3. Include Details:
  • Your full name and email used at checkout.
  • Order number.
  • Clear photos showing the issue (defect, misprint, or wrong product).

  2. Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
  3. Return (if required):
  4. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide an authorized return address. Do not ship items back without approval.

Once verified, we’ll issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.


6. Refund Method & Timeline

All approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Processing time depends on your payment provider:

  • PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days

We’ll email you once your refund is complete.

If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us again.

7. Timeframes for Reporting Issues

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us within the following windows:

Claims made after these timeframes may not be accepted.


8. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Returns sent without authorization will not be processed or refunded.
  • If a replacement is issued, the new item will be sent via standard shipping at no extra cost.
  • If you choose a refund instead, only the product value will be refunded — shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

9. Exchanges

Because Coralott products are made-to-order, we do not offer size or color exchanges.

If you’d like a different variant, please place a new order after your original refund or replacement is completed.

10. Substitution Policy

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, Coralott may substitute it with an equivalent product of equal or higher quality at no extra cost.

If a suitable alternative is unavailable, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Substituted products meeting our quality and color-match criteria are not eligible for further refunds.


11. Custom & Personalized Items

Since each Coralott item is made specifically for you, personalized or customized products (e.g., with names, text, or artwork) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.


12. How Refunds Are Calculated

Refund amounts are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

If your order was part of a promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

Original shipping fees are refunded only when the issue results from our error.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you experience ongoing delivery issues or disagree with the resolution, our customer service team will review your case individually.

We aim to resolve all claims transparently and fairly within 5–7 business days.
