At Coralott, every order is created with precision and care. Because we produce custom items on demand, our shipping and delivery process may differ slightly from traditional retail. This page explains how we handle production timelines, delivery standards, fees, and tracking information — so you always know what to expect when you shop with us.
1. How Our Shipping Works
When you place an order at https://coralott.com, your item begins its journey through three stages:
- Processing & Production:
- Orders are verified and queued for production within 12 hours of placement.
- Production takes 2–6 business days on average, depending on the item type and order volume.
- Every product is custom-made, inspected, and packed securely before shipping.
- Shipment & Tracking:
- As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
- Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display updates, especially during carrier transfers or weekend processing.
- Delivery:
- Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method:
- U.S. / EU Orders: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: 10–30 business days depending on customs and carrier routes.
- All deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
We aim to keep shipping simple and transparent.
Coralott applies a flat shipping rate of $5.24 USD for all standard deliveries worldwide.
This fee covers handling, packaging, carrier costs, and tracking services.
Express or expedited options, when available, will incur an additional charge calculated at checkout.

4. Production and Dispatch Timeline
To ensure consistent quality, our team begins production the first business day after your order is submitted.
If an issue arises — such as low stock, a quality check reprint, or high seasonal demand — production may extend by several days.
Each product is checked manually before packaging and shipping to guarantee that it meets Coralott standards.
5. Tracking Information
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking visibility may depend on your carrier and country:
- U.S. / EU tracking: Typically updates within 24–48 hours.
- International tracking: May not refresh until arrival in the destination country.

6. Delivery Exceptions
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays beyond our control:
- Customs clearance or inspection delays.
- Severe weather events (floods, hurricanes, snowstorms).
- Carrier network disruptions or labor strikes.
- High-volume shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
Coralott is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries caused by these conditions but will assist you in resolving any issue quickly.
7. Multiple Shipments
Your order may contain products made at different facilities.
In these cases, items will ship separately and may arrive at different times.
Each package will include its own tracking information.
No additional shipping charge applies — your flat $5.24 fee covers the full order.
8. Shipping Warranty
We understand how important it is for your order to arrive in perfect condition. Coralott offers the following warranty coverage:
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, send clear photos within 14 days. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement after 30 days (U.S./EU) or 45 days (international), we will replace or refund your order.
- Stolen Deliveries: For orders marked “Delivered” but not received, please provide a police report and confirmation of your correct address. Maximum coverage: $150 USD.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT taxes.
These charges are not included in your Coralott order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information before purchasing.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Coralott ships worldwide, but we cannot currently deliver to the following restricted or embargoed regions:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Somalia, and conflict-restricted territories.
Orders addressed to military bases (APO/FPO) or remote islands may take up to 45 days to arrive.
11. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot reroute or reship orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — once production has started, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
